Here are your next steps and links to all required applications and training!

STEP ONE: MINISTRY LEADER APPLICATION

  2. Choose a location
  3. Fill out the Ministry Leader Application (MLA)

STEP TWO: INTERVIEW

  1. After completing the MLA, a local FCA staff member will reach out for a brief interest and get-to-know-you interview.
  2. They will ask you about your MLA and connect with you about your volunteer area of interest.

STEP THREE: ONLINE TRAININGS 

  1. Create an Account for FCA University
  2. Complete Two 30 Minute Trainings
  3. E3 Strategy Training
  4. Youth Protection Policy
  5. Mandatory Reporter Training
  6. All California volunteers working with youth MUST complete this training.
  7. Reach out to your local FCA staff after completion.

  1. FBA Live Scan for desired school district.
  2. TB Test
