COACHES INFORMATION
Coaches are the heartbeat of FCA Ministry. We believe Coaches are some of the greatest influencers in our culture today and we see them as our greatest opportunity and call to encourage, empower and equip for God's glory.
Coaches Huddles

An FCA Coaches Huddle is a small group Bible Study for coaches at all levels of sports. These huddles happen wherever works best for the coaches involved, and they meet in a variety of locations and at different times -- based on the needs of the coaches. We work to set up what we call Power of Three Fellowship -- rooted in Ecclesiastes 4:12 ("A cord of three is not easily broken.") These groups focus on accountability, fellowship and communication.

FCA's training framework is the 3Dimensional Coaching Strategy. We have increased the capacity for staff to provide excellent 3Dimensional Coaching training in their areas through training websites, training opportunities & a training kit.
